Several characters get far more compliments and attention, Ians and Lenas descriptions and thoughts about their partners is also a good indicator.

IMO he could have worked as a simp. For all his faults, he has a good IT job which probably means more than decent income and money to spare. My idea was trying to roleplay Lena as someone who is aware of how Stan feels about her and only sees him as an easy to manipulate money source. Basically what many female streamers do with their audience but at a smaller and more personal level. But the writing hasn't gone this way and now Stan only could work as a deranged pyscho threatening Lena and/or Louise for Ian (or another LI) to beat or the utterly unrealistic love path with Lena.

I think that the plot hints at something like that, but I'm not sure what Patreon and Stream policies are regarding rape content. So probably something lighter like drugs involved to lower girls' inhibitions but also showing clear consent. More similar to alcohol than roofies.
